i just hear of a bad news that one of my best folks falling down from a 2meters high place during his work.it is said that he hurts his backbone and sternum .and later today be transfered to the best hospital here for further physical examination and treatments.that is the 3rd accident happening b/z of the job this year. severl months ago,another my best colleagus got his thumber hurted at work, and finially losted his nail forever. the 2cd incident is about me. i lost my pigments in the skin since i spent around 2 years complaining my company for its unreasonable manage system. most day i couldnt help asking myself wut`s the hell problem with this company.wut can we do for ourselfes?
